Senator Taylor, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent that the              
Judiciary Committee referral be waived on SENATE BILL NO. 87                   
"An Act extending the termination date of the Alaska Public Utilities          
Commission to June 30, 1994."   Without objection, it was so                   
ordered.
